The Yammp Conversion Tools consist only of Perl5 programs.

For installation of the Tool Set perl version 5.004 or newer is required.

The distribution package does not contain Yammp, CHARMM or Amber since the utilities themselves do not use either of these program packages. However, since the output of the force field conversions is generated specifically for CHARMM and Amber the usefulness of these tools is expected to be rather limited if their output is not used within CHARMM or Amber.
